This release delivers focused improvements across **Packages**, **Browse**, and **Asset Groups**, making it easier to track sharing, understand recipient activity, and work with large or complex asset sets and structures—reliably and at scale.

## What’s New: Clearer package tracking for one-person workflows

Based on research and customer feedback, this experience is now centered around answering **“What happened with this package for this specific person?”**

### Primary Use Case (Improved): Tracking a package for a specific person

Users can now easily answer:

- Did this person view the package?
- When did they last view or download it?
- What permissions and restrictions did they receive?
- How exactly was the package shared with them?

This is supported through clearer separation of responsibilities between two key recipients management features:

#### Shared With (at-a-glance confirmation)

- Quickly confirm whether a specific person received and viewed a package
- See high-level permission and activity indicators
- Search recipients by name or email
- Access expanded recipient details via the Recipients Panel

#### Recipients Panel (detailed recipient tracking)

- View a complete, auditable list of all recipients
- Review recipient-specific permissions, activity, and sharing configuration
- Compare recipients easily using consistent settings display

### Secondary Use Case (Coming Back Later): Tracking by share context

Some workflows require understanding how a package was shared with a group of users. This capability will return in a future release once the product team finalizes a clearer presentation that avoids added complexity.

**Release priority:** Make the most common tracking workflow fast, obvious, and reliable—while preserving access to deeper detail when required.

### Improved Asset Groups Clarity & Usability

- Asset groups are visually separated with a clearer background
- Navigation chevrons are more visible and easier to discover on hover
- Asset groups preload adjacent thumbnails for smoother navigation
- Thumbnails display image/video icons for faster scanning
- A group counter shows position within the asset group

### Enhanced “Shared With” Section in Packages

- Clearer layout for sharing status and recipient visibility
- Name chips are more legible across light and dark modes
- Recipient search by name or email
- More specific hover details for permissions and activity
- Redirect to the Recipients Panel for expanded recipient details

- Alphabetical sorting by first and last name
- Guest users sorted by email address
- Expandable user cards with recipient-specific settings

**Powerful search and filtering**

- Search narrows by user name or email only
- Filters refine recipients by:
  - Package type
  - Permissions
  - Restrictions
  - Download settings (with subfilters where applicable)

**Clear, consistent settings display**

- Only enabled settings are shown
- Settings appear in a consistent order for easy comparison
- Visitor link exceptions are clearly handled

**Richer recipient-level tracking**

- Date shared / link generated
- Last viewed (when applicable)
- Last download (when applicable)

**Detailed download configuration visibility**

- Non-default selections surfaced when enabled:
  - Quality
  - Watermark options
  - PDF security settings
