# Forgot Username or Password

## **1. Click on "Forgot username or password?"**

If you've forgotten your username or password, select “Forgot your login details?” link on the Login page.

## **2. Email Me**

Enter your email address and click Email Me.

You'll receive an email at the address you entered. The email will contain your username.

## **3. Get Username Only**

If you know your password and just need your username, DO NOT click on:

Click this link to reset your password.

Delete the email and you can continue to login with the same username and password.

## **4. Continue With Password Reset**

To continue to reset your password, click on the link in the email. It'll open to your CORE site where you'll be prompted to enter a new password. For security reasons, you must submit your new password within 300 seconds.

## **5. Password Reset Confirmation**

After resetting your password, you'll receive a confirmation email that your password has been changed.
