# Packages: Request Approvals

In addition to thumbs up / down approvals, you can also request specific status approvals on a package which can support workflows and provide context to the approval.

# Packages: Approve Packages on Request

As the package recipient, open the first file and progress through each one applying your status selection and notes. When finished, select Approvals Complete and Send to let the sender know you’ve responded to their approval request.
