What if the Flexbox does not pick up an HDMI signal?

If you are unable to see a stream after switching to HDMI input and you are sure that the HDMI is connected and that your cable is working correctly, we advise you to contact Sohonet support citing your having issues receiving a signal with your HDMI input.
